new technology in my life!

so my new laptop has finally arrived! yippee! it's an apple ibook (12 inch screen - a dinky one!) it ended up bein a pretty good deal even after upgrading the hard drive n memory n stuff, cos the guy gave me extra educational discount for ordering over the phone! was a bit disoriented at first tho cos macs are so strange to use.. the main reason i got one was jus because it looks so cool! (and i am apparently a very vain person.. :p) hehe but now i am with computer again my life can resume..

so finally i will upload some photos from aaages ago, when denise n justin came to brighton to visit (bank hol wkend beginnning of may) we drove to the west sussex countryside nearby, to a place called Devil's Dyke for lunch, and then to a pretty little town called Arundel where we spent the afternoon rowing boats! oh and we also gave ian an education into how english ppl like to eat their scones: with butter, a 2inch-deep layer of clotted cream and a nicely portioned dollop of jam for good measure!

denise n justin on the lake.. reminds me of that scene in bridget jones!
