drinkathon

we had our work christmas lunch last thursday at Old Orleans in town.. the food was nice, we were quite stuffed! as it started at 2pm, the drinkin also started then.. and became a bit of a drinkin marathon as we carried on thru the meal and onto the bar and onto the pub.. oh and i discovered the nicest cocktail in the world - called Dennis the Menace! (think it was malibu grenadine vodka cranberry and pinneaple)

u would think that drinking nonstop would be relaxing but somehow it really did tire us out big time!! by 10pm i was sooo knackered i thought i would fall alseep any second @_@ so i didnt make it onto the clubs, went home instead - how lame! and i also found out later that i missed the event of the night - one of the guys in my lab got thrown out of that pub cos he got so wasted and started pouring himself pints at the bar!!! (cant believe i missed that T_T)

on fri nite ian's friend came from norwich (they left to go travelling round europe together the next day).. went for a meal at my fave chinese in brighton - China China! went to the pub and then campus bar the Grapevine.. then collapsed into bed (from tiredness =p)

on sat i had a nice sober evening.. had a bit of a guitar jammin sesh with my housemate - he was teachin me nirvana and metallica it was really cool! ellen's gettin into rock and metal.. can this be? nah... *lol* think i'll forever stick to my girlie r'nb and hiphop! ^_^
