back in manc!

came back to manchester on tues evening.. was nice to be home, and to find i have a bed again too! (i only had a mattress in my room after i left for uni) met up with me girls on wed for lunch (best mates from high school), although not everyone from our group was back yet, it was really nice to see each other! as ever, it was like we'd never been away.. catchin up on each other's gossip =) and that night we went out in town. i hadnt been clubbing in manchester for aaages, so it was nice to be back! we ended up in a new club called papparazzi (in the printworks, if u kno it?!) it was a really good night!! they had an r'nb and funkyhouse night on, and i was sooo happy - no more trashy indie and rock that i always seem to get in brighton!! danced til little us were pooped.. hehe ^_^

wow can't believe its Christmas already and i've been at sussex for a term now! hmm looking back over the short period, i think ive experienced at sussex what i always imagined a typical fresher life would be, and so far its been quite different to my real fresher experience at cambridge! or maybe its jus me thats regressed into irresponsible immaturity?! not sure thats a good thing.. hehe its difficult to compare the two unis tho, they really are so different ^_^ im glad i experienced both, and i can forever say im a cambridge graduate! *lol* and i love cambridge.. its so beautiful - one of my fave places EVER! glad i'll always have the chance to go back there!!
